After spending 2,5 hours driving around farming, I've fond the following;

All new fresh spawned vehicles (cars) are fully repaired but without fuel.
Fresh spawned choppers needs all parts. (With the new spawn times on loot cycling, finding those parts will take a very very very long time.
Auto refuel only work at gas stations, not at large gas tanks

My suggestion will have to be the following;

All fresh spawned vehicles (any kind) must be fully repaired and full fuel tanks (Dont think we gonna get ppl to the server if they need to spend 5-10 hours finding parts to a chopper, only to have it crashed, stolen or shot down after 2 hours)

Also, after finding 3 chopper crashes (with smoke) 1 m40 sniper with 1 mag, 1 bison with 1 mag and 1 m240 Scope (removes your backpack) with 2 mags
