I was at neaf and i was on top of one of the buildings and all of the sudden the building Disappeared and i fell to my death and i had pretty good gear. Are you able to get me to my dead body with my gear back please or can we sort something out my in game name is Corder67 (AHappyHippo67) please could you help ?

Sorry man, we wont give back gear that disappear due to bugs. we have all been there.
